To complement and support this high standard of excellence within the manufacturing of fine upholstery furniture, Concordian Chesterfield utilizes a fully integrated production system, which allows for the timely scheduling and tracking of each piece of fine furniture ordered and assembled within our manufacturing facilities. Each order, entered into Concordian Chesterfield’s production system, is automatically requisitioned and put into scheduling based on a series of customer related variables and the product’s required completion date.

This system is able to generate purchase orders facilitating the flow of such within our manufacturing process; ultimately ensuring and / or exceeding our customer’s required completion dates. Orders are subsequently tracked within each department of manufacturing facility through the use of our production scheduling system by way of a bar coding and scanning software. At any time within the manufacturing process, YOUR order can be immediately located and tracked.
